We only include the finest cooking ingredients for you to use, so you can be rest assured that you are using premium quality ingredients to create your authentic reggalicious Caribbean dishes.

Q. Where do the ingredients contained in the Caribbean recipe kit come from?
A. Some of our ingredients are imported from trusted food manufactures in Jamaica, however our perishable ingredients are hand selected daily from some of the finest and liveliest markets in London.

Q. What is included in the Caribbean recipe kits?
A. All the main ingredients to cook popular Caribbean treats such as Ackee and saltfish, curry mutton, jerk chicken, cornmeal porridge and carrot juice just to name a few. To view the full range of dishes, please see our recipe kit categories in our store.

We also include a FREE easy to follow recipe card, which features colour illustrations and step by step instructions on how to create authentic Caribbean dishes.

Q. What is the shelf live of your products?
A. Most our sauces, sealed seasoning and tins have an average shelve life of 12 months or more. However our perishable products such as Fresh thyme, scotch bonnet pepper and hard food (such as green banana, yam, dasheene, okro, plantain etc) have a shelve life of about

Q. How much does the Caribbean recipe kits cost?
Q. The price of the recipe kits depends on weather you are ordering a Caribbean breakfast kit, dinner, snack or beverage. Our Caribbean recipe kits start from as low as £15.00, to view the exact prices please see our recipe kit categories in our store.

Q. Can I buy Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits at the supermarket or shop?
A. Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits are only available from our official website www.caribbeanrecipekit.com

Q. Are all the ingredients provided in each Caribbean Recipe Kit?
A. At this time we do not provide meat or standard pantry items such as tomatoes, onions, oil, milk etc.

Q. Why don’t you include theses ingredients in the Caribbean recipe kits?
We don’t include these ingredients as these items can be generally found in most homes. Therefore by not placing them in the Caribbean recipe kits, we are able to keep the costs down and pass over the savings to you, by ensuring that you get the best price and value.

Q. What happens if I have some cooking questions before using my kit?
A. Simply e-mail us and we will provide you with support, free handy tips and suggestions on how to get the most out of your Caribbean recipe kit.

Q. How do you know so much about Caribbean cooking and ingredients?
A. I learned about cooking and the importance of various herbs and spices, from a young age from my grandmother. Over the years I used those experiences to cook at some of the top hotels in Jamaica (hotel Ambience), cook at London’s Notting Hill carnival, cook for social events and friends and family. This in turn has amounted to over 20 years experience, of cooking various mouth watering Caribbean dishes, and being able to source the best brands and finest ingredients.

Q. What if I am cooking for a party larger than four, can you provide a larger Caribbean recipe kit?
A. Yes simply e-mail us with your desired requirements, and we will prepare a Caribbean recipe kit specifically suited to your needs.

Q. What if I am allergic or do not like some of the ingredients contained in the kit?
A. If you need to know exactly what ingredients are contained in any of our items, or would like to remove or request an item simply e-mail us. We will provide a prompt response, and we will work carefully with you to accommodate your needs, and ensure you receive a Caribbean recipe kit tailor-made just for you!

Q. How will my Caribbean recipe kit be packed?
A. We place all your delicious Caribbean ingredients into an easy open, environmentally friendly pack. Each Caribbean recipe kit is also wrapped securely to ensure, all your tasty ingredients are kept in place, and that you get the wow effect when you open your parcel.

Q. Can you gift wrap my Caribbean recipe kit?
A. Yes we can gift wrap any of our Caribbean recipe kits for a small charge of £5.00

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we ship Caribbean recipe kits internationally.

Q. What are the delivery charges?
Our shipping rates are as follows:

- UK Orders UNDER £5.00  (UK ONLY 1-3 DAYS) £4.99

- UK Orders OVER £5.00  (UK ONLY 3-5 DAYS) £8.99

- Recipe Kits and Gift Baskets  (UK only) £10.98

- Standard international delivery within (Europe) is £17.99

- Standard international delivery (outside Europe) is £25.00

Please note: Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits may ship your order in multiple boxes.

Q. Can you guarantee next day delivery?
A. Yes we can dispatch UK orders for next day delivery, providing the order is received before 12.00 pm. All UK next day orders will be dispatched, using Royal mail’s next day special delivery service.

Unfortunately we do not provide next day shipping for international orders.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. For next day UK orders parcels will be received on the next working day please note: if your order is placed on a Friday next day will be classed as the following Monday, so you will not receive your parcel until this day. However if you require a next day Saturday delivery, (UK customers only) we may be able to arrange this, simply e-mail us your requirements. Please note: This will incur extra delivery charges.

- For standard UK delivery please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

- For International signed for deliveries within (EUROPE) allow up to 14 days for delivery, (However most of our customers receive their orders within 3 days).

- For international standard sign for delivery please allow up to 14 days for delivery, (However most of our customers receive their orders within 5 days).

Q. What happens if I miss my delivery?
A. We dispatch all UK orders via recorded delivery, this means that a signature will be needed to obtain your parcel. Please note: If no one is available to accept the delivery, royal mail will leave a sorry we missed you card at your property. Customers will be responsible for contacting royal mail, using the details on the card to re-arrange another delivery time. If you require any assistance with this, please e-mail us we’ll be happy to help.

The above also applies to international orders, however you will need to contact the designated shipping provider, details of which will be provided to you once you place your order.
