Our Product Shelf Lives
Most of our sauces, sealed seasoning and tins have an average shelve life of 12 months or more.
However our perishable products such as Fresh thyme, scotch bonnet pepper and hard food (such as green banana, yam, dasheene, okra, plantain etc) have a shelve life of about 2-3 weeks depending on how you store them. (See storing your recipe kits for more information). Below is a rough guide on the shelve lives of our products:
