How To Order

How to order simply select the items you wish to purchase, buy clicking on the add to cart button. All items you select will be placed in your shopping cart. Once you have chosen the items you want to buy. Click on the check out button, and then proceed through the checkout process. Once inside the check out process, you will be prompted to select your preferred method of payment. If at this stage you wish to purchase additional items, simply click on the Continue Shopping button and it will take you back to the main site!

Payment: Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits accepts all major debit/credit card payments, through secure online payment merchants Paypal and google checkout.


The above merchants offer fantastic online protection benefits such as:

Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits also accepts cheques and postal orders payments. When making a payment via postal order or cheque, we recommend that you use recorded delivery (As your postage method). As this will be your proof that we have received your payment. Please note: Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits will/cannot be held responsible, for lost cheques or postal orders. Therefore it is recommended that a safe delivery method is used, when sending payments via post.

All prices currently listed on Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits are inclusive of VAT, therefore the total amount you see whilst checking out is the total amount you pay. If you experience any difficulties whilst checking out, please feel free to contact our customer care team at customercare@caribbeanrecipekits.com who will be happy to assist you.

All prices displayed on Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits, contain VAT but exclude shipping/delivery charges (However the full costs including shipping will be shown, before you make payment). For information on our shipping charges, please refer to our terms and conditions. If at any time there is a pricing error on the site, Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits reserve the right to amend the product and customer payment to the correct price.

Delivery/Shipping

Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits shipping/delivery charges, rates and time scales are as follows:

In order for (UK) customers to request next day delivery please e-mail sales@hotmail.com or phone us on 07951 408 313 with your requirements. All orders must be made before 12.00pm (GMT). Any orders made after this time, will not be dispatched under next day delivery. However you will be charged next day delivery, and your order will be dispatched the following day. 

For international orders, please see delivery rates and times in your account. Please note: all international orders will be dispatched via track-able delivery, however if you select the £5.00 international delivery option, this option will NOT be dispatched by track-able delivery. Therefore Tee's Caribbean recipe kits will not be held liable (or provide refunds), for loss of parcels that are dispatched using the £5.00 international delivery option. No Exceptions!

Please note: Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits may ship your order in multiple boxes.

Track Your Order

We dispatch all orders using couriers Hermes or royal mail. Once your receive your shipping confirmation e-mail, it will state what courier service will be delivering your parcel. So track your order simply log on to www.myhermes.co.uk or www.royalmail.com and type in your parcel tracking number (This is the number provided to you, in your order dispatched e-mail). You will then be provided with full information, regarding the status of your parcel. If you require any assistance with this please e-mail us at sales@caribbeanrecipekits.com

All items dispatched by Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits, will be done via recorded/signed for delivery. This means that a signature will be needed to obtain your parcel. Please note: If no one is available to accept the delivery, Hermes/royal mail will leave a sorry we missed you card at your property. Therefore customers will be responsible for contacting Hermes/royal mail, to re-arrange another delivery time.No exceptions!

If any dispatched parcel is unable to be delivered, and sent back to us for any reason.  Additional postage costs will need to be paid by the customer, in order for the parcel to be re dispatched. Please note: Hermes/Royal mail will keep a recorded delivery parcel for 7 days, after this time the parcel will be returned to the sender (Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits).

Please note:
As many of the items provided by Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits are perishable, we apply a 40% fee and minus postage costs from any refund requested. These fees/terms are applied to cases whereby orders are returned to us with ought prior notification, or where there have been multiple failures to accept delivery. No exceptions!

Returns Policy

In the event you have received a damaged/broken item, please follow step (a) or step (b) below:

(a) If you would like to request a replacement or exchange:

- Notify us of the problem via e-mail or telephone, within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. You will also need to provide via e-mail:

- Your order number

- Your full name

- Three clear full color photos showing the item, damage to the item and the damage to the packaging (photos must show damaged item from various angles).

- Provide as much detail as you can, regarding how the item came to be damaged/broken.

Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits will then process the information you have submitted, and contact you via e-mail or telephone within 1 day.
Damaged items will be replaced with the same item, if the same item is no longer available, you will be offered the choice of another item, if this is not possible a refund will be provided. Please note: If (a) the above instructions are not followed, (b) if photo’s provided do not show the exact damage to items (c) if it become apparent that any item has been purposely damaged or (d) any damaged or broken items is not reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, your order will not qualify for a refund or exchange No Exceptions.


(b) If you would like to request a refund:

Notify us of the problem (provide as much detail as you can) via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will respond to your email, or follow up with a phone call within 24 hrs to confirm all information provided.

We will then send you a second e-mail, containing return instructions and an item return number. Please note: Do not return your order until you have received your notification e-mail, containing your item returns number.

- Please ensure all items are returned with their original packaging

- Please include your order receipt (packing slip).

- Please write the item returns number, on the back of the parcel

Please note: If the above instructions are not followed, or any damaged or broken items are not reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, your order will not qualify for a refund or exchange No Exceptions.

All returns MUST be made within 2 days of the date, of the confirmation e-mail that is sent (Containing the item returns number). If any item/s are not received within this designated time frame, a 20% late return charge will be applied to any refund owed.

Please note: We do not take responsibility for any item/s that is lost or damaged, whilst being returned, therefore we strongly advise that any returns are made using secure and registered delivery.

Once we have received the returned order, we will provide a refund, please allow up to 7 working days to receive your refund.

Refunds

Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits will only provide refunds for items that are damaged, this is because most the food items we provide are perishable. Therefore we are unable to provide refunds because an item is no longer required, or you (The customer) has a change of mind. Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits therefore strongly advise that you (the customer), contact us with any queries or concerns prior to placing your orders.

Customers wishing to request a refund, will not be refunded the postage and packaging costs as this part of the service has been successfully completed.

Please Note: All FREE GIFTS must also be returned when requesting a refund. If the free gift is not present in your return parcel, a refund will not be provided.

All items are subjected to a thorough inspection, before they are dispatched. Therefore if it becomes apparent, that an item has been used or purposely damaged, we may refuse the exchange or refund. You will be informed, by written notification the reason/s why the item has not been accepted for an exchange or refund. .

* Tee’s Caribbean recipe kits deems an item unfit for re-sale if: (a) The safety seal has been broken/opened (b) it has stickers, logos, tags, labels removed (c) contain stains, marks, grease, scratches, scrapes etc (d) contains pet hairs or lint (fluff) (e) has been used(f) has been in transit for an extended period i.e over 2 days.
